I broke down and bought the bodybugg finally. In case you aren"t aware, the bodybugg is a little device that essentially does a great job at calorie management. It keeps track of calories coming in and calories going out giving you great control over weight management.
The bodybugg will go as far as determining the calories burned per minute which is pretty cool. It attaches to the computer with a USB cable where you download the data for the day.
When setting up the bodybugg you will be asked about food preferences and goals, etc. Your job then is to make sure you burn more calories then you take in.
I was bothered that it only worked on Windows and Internet Explorer but that is the most widely used platforms so it"s not a big deal I suppose.
All in all I"m pretty happy with the bodybugg. I give it a 8.5 out of 10. I"ve been working with things that I would rate 6 or lower for a long time so the bodybugg is definitely one of the better devices that I"ve encountered. The simplicity is the most amazing part.
